EXCHANGE AN ORDER

  • Double-check the details of your order, including size, style, quantity, and other specifications before confirming your purchase. We prioritize quick order processing, so we’re unable to facilitate returns or exchanges due to incorrect selections like item type, size, or address.
  • If you catch an error, you have a 6-hour period after ordering to cancel and make the correct purchase. If you need assistance before ordering, feel free to contact us; customer satisfaction is our top concern.

CANCEL AN ORDER

  • You have a 6-hour timeframe from when the order is placed to cancel it. If we receive a cancellation request after these 6 hours, your order may already be in the processing or shipping phases.
  • Please be aware that a cancellation fee equal to 10% of your total order value will be charged.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window

  • You have a 30-day period to return items from the delivery date. After this, all orders are considered accepted and non-refundable.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

  • Product received is damaged.
  • Product arrived in a shattered state.
  • The delivered design is different from what was ordered.
  • Incorrect sizing.
  • Material discrepancies.
  • Incorrect product received.
  • Mismatch between product description and item received.

Condition of Returned Product

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • No wear, wash, or modifications.
  • Items shouldn’t be defective, unless it’s our mistake.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Minor repairable defects like loose threads are not acceptable for return.

Proof for Refund Claims

  • Shipping label or receipt.
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Evidence of defects.
  • Screenshots of relevant emails between you and us.

Return & Refund Process

  2. Our customer service will review your application and respond within 2-3 business days. Please enable email notifications to stay updated.
  3. Specific instructions for your case will be communicated.

Note: Refunds will only be issued upon our prior email approval of your return eligibility.

Return Shipping Costs

You’re responsible for the return shipping costs, which won’t be included in your refund.

Refund Processing Time

Upon receipt of your returned item, allow up to 2 business days for processing. An email notification will be sent, and a full refund, including any original shipping fees, will be initiated.
